Who we are

Located in an excellent facility less than a minute from the M50 and just off the M1. Muscle and Mind Fitness continue to grow. We’re continuously re-investing into state of the art equipment and trainers ready to help you reach your goals.

We are here to serve the community that surrounds us. Initially we set up to support local Football teams, offering sports specific and injury prevention training. We have since grown into an all round gym helping our clients to achieve their goals.

Muscle and Mind Fitness want to help you create the you, you’ve always wanted. We believe a healthy body is a healthy mind. Our friendly and down to earth staff are on hand and prepared to assist everyone who comes through the door.
