Who we are

Muscle and Mind Fitness is a Gym and a Cafe located on Oscar Traynor Coaching and Development Centre, Oscar Traynor Road, Dublin. We operate a two story open plan gym, class studios, recovery zone and cafe. The vision and daily mission of the organisation is to create a welcoming environment where a like minded community can improve their fitness, wellbeing and mindfulness in a holistic way.

Located in an excellent facility less than a minute from the M50 and just off the M1. Muscle and Mind Fitness continue to grow. We continuously re-invest into state of the art equipment to ensure our facility offers the very best to our members. Our professional trainers are ready to help you reach your goals through understanding, expertise and support.
