A HYROX class is a high-intensity, functional fitness workout designed to train you for the HYROX race format. It combines endurance running with specific functional exercises, pushing you to be an all-around fit athlete.

It is generally a structured, hour-long class that is constantly varied to work on different aspects of fitness, focusing on both cardio and strength.

A BOXHIIT class is a high-energy, non-contact group fitness class that combines boxing techniques with traditional aerobic and conditioning exercises. It's a fantastic, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels.

MAMF STRENGTH

Our strength class is a guided group fitness session focused on using resistance training to build muscle, increase strength, and improve endurance.
